I monitor pricing directly from the source, which changes daily, even hourly in Chicago. Zillow, Apartments.com and other syndicated sites often have a lag to pull information, meaning listings can quickly become outdated.
Expanded Access to Availability
As a top-producing broker, I have access to nearly every listing in the downtown market, so you’ll see all of your best options, not a limited selection of apartments that spent more marketing dollars to show in your feed, or were pulled from the MLS (a listing service for real estate agents that most managed buildings do not syndicate to).
I can even anticipate off market units that may be becoming available, and while on tour we can get early access to units before they are marketed.

Day of Tours
This is what I call, Christmas morning! We've done the research, narrowed in on the top properties, now it's time to have (more) fun. I dedicate a full day to every one of my clients. I'll coordinate the logistics, schedule appointments, and create a seamless itinerary. That includes curbside pick up at your hotel or current apartment downtown to drive to all our showings.
I can even tailor the day based upon your feedback, so if something becomes a must-have or if you remember that you need a lap pool to train for that triathlon this summer, I'm on it.
And Beyond
During your approval process and lease signing I'll be in communication with the property to keep everything seamlessly moving forward. Have a question about the required documents or a unique scenario, I'm here to provide guidance.
